Tiny Gallery is a mobile application developed and operated by APPME LLC ("Tiny Gallery," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Tiny Gallery provides creative tools that allow users to color, create, save, display, share, and, where available, offer digital artwork for sale.

We generally do not receive your complete credit or debit card number from Apple, Google, or other third-party payment processors.

You should not include sensitive personal information in artwork, descriptions, usernames, profiles, or other publicly accessible areas of Tiny Gallery.
Publishing or selling artwork does not automatically transfer ownership of your personal information to APPME LLC.
Rights relating to artwork ownership, licensing, commercial use, purchases, sales, and marketplace transactions may also be governed by our Terms of Service or applicable Creator/Seller Terms.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or application marketplaces.
Depending on the platform and transaction, these providers may include Apple, Google, Stripe, or another authorized payment processor.
Payment providers may independently collect information such as payment method details, billing information, transaction information, and other information necessary to complete a payment.
Tiny Gallery and APPME LLC receive only the information reasonably necessary to verify, fulfill, record, or manage transactions.
