2. Information you choose to provide
This website does not require an account and does not currently use a contact form. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you include, such as your name, contact details, organisation and project or support message. We use it to answer the request, maintain relevant business records and protect our services.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health records or other unnecessary sensitive information in an initial message.
The public site does not offer visitor accounts. The restricted policy-administration area uses a private administrator account. APPME uses the authenticated administrator identity to enforce access and record who changed a policy version.
3. Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process standard request data needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information and security events. Server logs are used for reliability, abuse prevention and incident investigation and are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or legal obligations.

Product pages link to Google Play, the Apple App Store and official platform documentation. Those services operate under their own privacy terms. Following an external link may allow that provider to receive standard request information from your browser.

Contact correspondence is retained while a request or business relationship is active and afterwards only as needed for legitimate records, dispute handling or legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
